We collect a child’s date of birth only to determine age eligibility and appropriate class placement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online without parental involvement.

  • We do not publish full names, birthdates, or identifying personal information alongside images without additional written authorization.

  • We cannot control the actions of third parties who may share or repost publicly available content.

  • Consent for media use may be withdrawn in writing at any time by contacting us at hello@happydayplay.com. Withdrawal applies to future use.

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:
